6. Delivery and Pickup

• You are responsible for arranging collection or delivery with the auctioneer.
• Ensure your contact and address details are accurate.
• Any issues with delivery must be resolved directly with the auctioneer.
• We are not responsible for delays, damages, or non-delivery of Lots.

7. Supplier Obligations

By using the Website, you agree to:

• Provide the service within the timeframe specified by the auctioneer.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not engage in shill bidding, bid manipulation, or other fraudulent activities.
• Not misuse the Website or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• Not enter into direct agreements with auctioneers to avoid using the Website.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
• We disclaim liability for:
  • Accuracy or completeness of Lot descriptions,
  • Condition, quality, or legality of Lots,
  • Actions or omissions of auctioneers or other users,
